Most times you pick up your phone, you didn't decide to. It was an impulse. Willpower loses to impulses. Friction wins. Kelpwise adds the friction, so the choice goes back to you.
Control, not a ban
Deleted apps always come back, because they're worth something: your friends, the things you find there. Kelpwise doesn't take them away. It limits your time in them, so you stop scrolling on autopilot and start choosing.
Do the thing first
Pick your apps, add a habit that earns minutes, and the wall goes up. Finish the habit, or use an emergency unlock, to get your apps back. Steps and workouts come from Health Connect so they cannot be faked. Only today counts.
Focus switches itself on
Schedules turn blocking on at the times you choose. Blocking, habits, rewards, streaks, trophies and stats are free forever, with no ads.

I built Kelpwise because I kept opening apps I didn't mean to open. Blocking everything never lasted, so I made something that lets me earn my apps back instead.
